Outline of procedure when submitting a request for patent drawings:
• Submit, via email, your sketches, images or other media with your rough figures for an estimate on price and turnaround time.
• Let us know if you need someone in particular copied on the return email for invoices or other reasons.
• We will provide your estimate via return email. Once we receive your approval, we will place your matter on our docket for a turnaround within our stated time.
• We will send, via email, your formal drawings in PDF format compatible with the USPTO settings.
• Return marked-up revisions – if any, once you and your client have reviewed them.
• We will make requested updates in a timely manner and return the formal set via email. Please allow plenty of time to make the changes if they are significant.
• Invoices have a flexible 30-day payment term.
